This policy covers sitesbygeeks.com, run by Sites by Geeks ("we", "us"). The short version: we collect the information you give us so we can build and run your website, we don't run ad trackers, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

Preview requests. When you ask for a free homepage preview, we collect what you enter in the form — typically your name, business name, contact details, and notes about your business.

Account sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this only to identify your account. We never see your Google password, and we request no access to your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data.

Technical basics. Like almost every website, our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: one to keep you signed in, and one short-lived cookie that secures the Google sign-in handshake. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers.

How we use your information

To build the preview you asked for, respond to you, operate your website and account, and improve our service. That's it. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run this service (such as hosting infrastructure), and when the law requires it. Providers are bound to use the data only on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information while we're working together or while your request is active. Want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion? Email hello@sitesbygeeks.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
